This isn't a traditional internship.
The Bowler Hat Studio Creator Residency is an educational apprenticeship designed to teach the future of game development by working on real commercial products.
Our philosophy is simple.
Don't build by AI.
We believe AI should eliminate repetitive work so creators can spend more time designing, iterating, experimenting, and shipping.
You'll work directly with an experienced Creative Director while contributing to games, creative tools, prototypes, and production systems that are actively being built for release.
Every project is an opportunity to learn how professional production really works.

Share in Success
The Creator Residency is an unpaid educational opportunity focused on mentorship, portfolio building, and real production experience.
Contributors who make meaningful contributions to qualifying commercial products may become eligible to participate in that product's Creator Pool.
The Creator Pool is our way of sharing success with the people who helped build it.
- Creator Pools are unique to each product.
- Revenue sharing begins only after development costs are recovered.
- Distribution is based on documented contributions and responsibilities.
- Creator Pools do not provide ownership or equity in Bowler Hat Studio.
- Participation is covered under a separate Creator Pool Agreement.
